Returns (Non USA only)

If you are unhappy with your purchase and/or if you believe there was an error with the order you received, the item(s) were not as disclosed, you can fill out the return form below to request for either a return, exchange or refund. Our customer support team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible. 

IMPORTANT – DO NOT send your order back to our return address until your request has been approved, and exact terms of the return have been fully agreed upon by both parties.

NOTE Shipping Costs and Fees will be refunded as per agreed upon terms by both parties. In cases where J-Ports Ltd. is 100% at fault, we will ensure that all costs (item amounts, shipping costs, etc..) are reimbursed in full.
