Returns (Non USA only)
If you are unhappy with your purchase and/or if you believe there was an error with the order you received, the item(s) were not as disclosed, you can fill out the return form below to request for either a return, exchange or refund. Our customer support team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT – DO NOT send your order back to our return address until your request has been approved, and exact terms of the return have been fully agreed upon by both parties.
NOTE – Shipping Costs and Fees will be refunded as per agreed upon terms by both parties. In cases where J-Ports Ltd. is 100% at fault, we will ensure that all costs (item amounts, shipping costs, etc..) are reimbursed in full.
