Returns (USA only)

If you believe there was an error with the order you received or the item you purchased is or was significantly different from described/disclosed, you may be eligible for a refund – for this, you can fill out the “J-Ports Return USA Form”
 

If your return has been approved by J-Ports, all you need is the following:

  • Package Weight: Combined weight of item and box in lbs (total weight for goods and packaging, not just item)
  • Package Dimensions: Box, Padded Envelope, Packaging dimensions of the goods being returned in Centimetres (cm).
  • J-Ports Reference No’s: Our Item SKU (example – C222111) and Invoice number (example – JP102102) for the goods being returned

PLEASE NOTE: There is a small processing fee of $10 that will be removed from the final value of the refund. We cover all shipping fees, send you a return label, and it’s as easy as filling out our form!

Our customer support agent will review your case and get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please DO NOT send the item back without filling out the form! We might not be able to process your request and you might not receive your refund, or your exchange item.
