If you are not happy with your purchase or if you believe there was an error with the order you received, please fill out the following form first to request for a return.

What you will need

• Weight in lbs of item and box you are returning
• Dimensions of box or padded envelope you are returning with.
• Our Item SEQ and Invoice number for what you are returning

We accept all returns regardless of issue!
There is a small processing fee of $10 that will be removed from the final value of the refund. We cover all shipping fees, send you a return label, and it’s as easy as filling out our form!

Our customer support agent will review your case and get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please DO NOT send the item back without filling out the form! We might not be able to process your request and you might not receive your refund, or your exchange item.
