When purchasing from any of our personality sellers, either in a live stream or in a group, you are agreeing to following terms and conditions of J-Ports K.K., located in 501 Orc Prior Tower 1-2-30, Bentencho, Minato-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka-fu, JAPAN, 552-0007. Please read them carefully.

Authenticity
All of our items are professionally authenticated by our own in-house authenticators. We do not accept or sell anything for consignment that cannot pass our own authentication tests. Every item sold by us is guaranteed authentic by our authentication expert. We accept returns and refunds if the item you purchased from us turned out to be counterfeit based on the assessment of the following independent authenticators. A Certificate must be provided. Please note that we are not affiliated in any way to them, and that we cannot accept claims of counterfeit items made by any other entities.Purchase Conditions
When buying an item, you agree that:- You are obligated to pay for the item(s) within 4 calendar days from the date of the purchase. The date of the purchase is the date and time when we issue a PayPal invoice to you.
- After you pay an invoice, we do not accept cancellation.
- We can combine multiple purchases under the following conditions:
- If you bought them from any of our personality seller(s) via Facebook livestream or in a Facebook group, and
- if they are all within the 4 calendar days period and have not been cancelled yet, and
- if any of them have not been paid yet, and
- if any of them have not been combined with another order(s) yet, and
- Please note that combined purchases will be invoiced and shipped as one.
Combining Purchases
- Items purchased from different live sales/item lists (with payment received) will be combined for shipment as best fits our internal operations with logistics, unless requested and approved by J-Ports Ltd. otherwise.
- Purchases made on Facebook, Authentic Experts, and Live Brand Auction (as of April 2026) are to be combined as best fits our internal operations. Separate Shipments are eligible for request, however this is subject to approval.
- Some Items may not be combined, due to fragility of one or more items – they may be packaged with additional care, and shipped separately.
Shipping Policy
(US Destinations)
We ship orders from Japan to US Destinations via Fedex, DHL, and/or EMS (Japan Post) internationally.
We ship orders from US domestically via USPS/UPS.
NOTE – Goods are shipped from Japan usually takes around 2-10 calendar days
(Non-US Destinations)
Any Orders shipped to Non-US Destinations are shipped directly (regardless of product, country, or number of orders) via Fedex or DHL.
Customs Fees / Shipping Restrictions
** For Consideration – Time until shipping/arrival might get affected by Item Type and Third-Party Circumstances (Customs, Logistic Companies, etc…)**
Customers from Non-US Destinations will be eligible and responsible for any and all duty fees (including Tariffs with regards to your geographical location) for goods purchased from J-Ports Ltd., Live Brand Auction, and Authentic Experts. For customers in all destinations – US and Non-US, J-Ports Sellers and Customer Service Agents will aid and assist as much as possible to ensure that you are informed as much as possible in regards to any duties and fees that may be unexpected. In regards to items claimed/reserved from a Live Sale or Item Listing, we reserve the right to cancel your order in full or for individual item(s) in regards to the following cases:- When an order is not paid in full within 4 calendar days (unless agreed upon with a J-Ports Employee).
- We suspect that you have no intention to pay for your order based on past purchasing behaviors and records.
Return / Refund Policy
- Items modified/altered in anyway from the original item state will not be eligible for return or refund – item sale is final
- An item has an obvious flaw or defect that was not communicated, described and/or disclosed by our seller
- Item(s) in a very different state of condition to what was described/disclosed by our seller;
- Item received is not what was purchased (different item)
- Purchased Item is missing from your order
- The item is confirmed as non-authentic by one of our recognised 3rd party authentication services. (See Section “Authenticity”)
- Your shipment hasn’t arrived after 31 calendar days from the date of the purchase
- Item(s) purchased could not shipped within a maximum of 14 calendar days from date of purchase due to unforeseen external circumstances.
- Customers in Non-US Destinations are responsible for all return costs.
- J-Ports KK does not assume responsibility for the shipping wellbeing during the return process. Please ensure Insurance/Signature options with your choice of carrier if you are unsure with regards to returning items back to us.
